“Simon” family, consisting of a husband, wife, they were able to stand on top of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania which is the highest peak on the continent of Africa, in a trip that lasted 4 consecutive days.

During past years QDA has provided many services to the family and other members of the gym including the latest health education about the risk of diabetes and how to prevent it or delay its onset by providing a specific diet and exercise.

This experience and others are evidence that the incidence of diabetes or the risk of developing it, are not considered a hindrance against achieving the goals the human wish to achieve, or even the practice of his hobbies.
