In conjunction with the Childhood Cultural Center (CCC), Qatar Diabetes Association (QDA) hosted children in the Al Bawasil Summer Club programme in Katara. Thirteen children aged between seven and 11 years newly diagnosed of diabetes along with Al Bawasil Children participated in the event.

The fun-filled programme included medical workshops which were presented in an entertaining, simple way that was easy and understandable for the children.

The parents of the participants also had a meeting session with the medical team and care programme team to discuss the diabetes difficulties they have with their children.
