ORYX GTL recently met with Dr. Abdulla Al-Hamaq, the Executive Director of Qatar Diabetes Association (QDA) member of (QF), Mrs. Awatif Hussein Elsayed and Mr. Rashid Al Mahmoud; the Finance department , where they expressed their thanks and gratitude to ORYX GTL for supporting many projects and initiatives that benefit individuals and the community. Dr. Abdulla Al-Hamaq and his team were welcomed by Mr. Mohammed Al-Enazi, Chief Administration Officer at ORYX GTL and Mr. Hussain Al- Shammari; the Public Relations Department.

Dr. Abdulla Al-Hamaq said: “We are very grateful for your continued support and generous contribution that enabled us to deliver a successful International Bawasil Camp, benefiting and empowering our children living with diabetes while bringing delight, joyful moments and beautiful experiences that will inevitably have a positive impact on their future. This support is not new to ORYX GTL, that has been providing support to our major programs like the (Rights of Students with Diabetes in schools). Thank you for believing in the mission of QDA and for being a valuable partner in improving the health of the community.”

Mr. Mohammed Al-Enazi said “ORYX GTL is highly appreciating his visit and is pleased to contribute to the valuable work of the Qatar Diabetes Society by providing healthcare and moral support to patients and their families and taking them into their own hands to overcome the plight of the disease and achieve a better lifestyle.”

As we always seek to support and develop the programs and activities in the country in all their aspects, whether educational, health or environmental, that aim to foster capabilities and benefit individuals and families in Qatar” He added.

At the end of the visit, Dr. Al-Hamaq presented a commemorative shield to ORYX GTL recognizing its continued support for the Qatar Diabetes Association’s programs and initiatives.
